Programme Overview

Learn how software is tested, documented and prepared for release.

This programme goes beyond learning tools. You will understand the principles behind software testing, the language used by delivery teams and the practical work expected from an entry-level QA professional.

You will work through functional testing, exploratory testing, regression testing, test design, defect reporting, API testing, web testing, Agile collaboration and an introduction to automation with Cypress.

By the end of the programme, you should be able to:
  • Translate requirements and user flows into test scenarios and test cases.
  • Test web applications and API-supported flows using a structured approach.
  • Document defects with clear evidence, steps and expected behaviour.
  • Build a practical QA portfolio that demonstrates what you can do.
